Forms – Collecting school usernames and allowing multiple responses

You may want a Google Form to automatically collect email addresses from those that complete your form. You could, of course, add a question asking users to type-in their email address but they may make a genuine mistake and misspell. Setting up a Google Form to collect email addresses automatically makes life swifter for both the user and the person setting up the form.

The video below, created by student Digital Leader Alisa at Sheffield Girls’, not only demonstrates how to collect email addresses but also how to enable (or disable) multiple form responses i.e. do you or don’t you allow someone to complete a form more than once?
